Moscow is the capital of Russia. According to the first written history, it was founded in 1147 AC. However, settlements appeared here in 3 thousand BC. There are numerous beautiful buildings and monuments including the Kremlin, which is well known throughout the world.

Moscow Power Engineering Institute - official Member of International Association of Universities - is one of the biggest universities with more than 10 000 students and is the only one where a foreign student can get a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science in English.
